General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the online sale of T-shirts and sweaters in Switzerland

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between Too Broke For Zurich, hereinafter referred to as "Seller", and consumers who purchase goods through the Seller's online shop, hereinafter referred to as "Customer".

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer. The customer makes a binding offer by completing the ordering process.

3.2 The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the customer’s order by email.

4. Prices and payment terms

4.1 All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT and plus shipping costs.

4.2 Payment is made via TWINT as part of the ordering process.

5. Delivery and shipping costs

5.1 Delivery takes place within Switzerland.

5.2 The shipping costs are shown to the customer during the ordering process.

6. Right of withdrawal

In principle, we do not grant a right of cancellation. However, you are of course welcome to contact us via mail@toobrokeforzurich.com. We will definitely find a solution for you.

7. Warranty and liability

The warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions. The seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear.

8. Data protection

Data protection is carried out in accordance with the statutory provisions. More detailed information can be found in the privacy policy on the seller's website.

9. Final provisions

9.1 Swiss law applies.

9.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is the registered office of the Seller.
